TRAINING AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, dated__________________ is made between Sandra McCormick, hereinafter
referred to as "ALLELUIA” _________________________ hereinafter referred as “OWNER", owner of the below
described horse(s).
1. FEES AND TERM (location);
In consideration of $_________ per horse per
month to be paid by OWNERS on or before the 10th day of every month, Alleluia agrees to train and/or board the herein described
horses at Mountain View Stables, Salem, Oregon commencing ______________on a month to month basis. In addition to specified
training fees, owner agrees to pay any additional fees incurred while the below said horse(s) is/are under the care of Alleluia.
A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for late payments and a service charge of 15% shall be charged
on any over due bill balance.

3. FEED AND FACILITIES:
Alleluia agrees
to provide adequate facilities for normal and reasonable care required to maintain the health and the well
being of the horse(s). Alleluia will provide:
Training: Grain, Hay, Grooming, Turn-out in Paddock(weather
permitting), Minor Hoof Rasping. up to 2 lessons monthly and Training minimum of 4 days a week. Monthly
Training Fee: $350.00-Miniature horses plus $65.00 for stall rent paid directly to barn owner; Monthly Training Fee: $350.00-Shetland
ponies plus $75.00 for stall rent paid directly to barn owner.
Full Care Boarding: Stall,
Turn-out in Paddock (weather permitting), Grooming, Stall Cleaning, Feed (grain & hay). Monthly Boarding Fee-Miniature
horses: $185.00.

RISK OF LOSS:
During the time that the horse(s) are in
the custody of Alleluia, Alleluia shall not be liable for any sickness, disease, death,
theft or injury which may be suffered by the horse(s), or any other cause of action whatsoever arising out of or connected
in any way with the boarding of said horse(s), This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury
or disability the horse(s) may receive while on Mountain View Stables premises, in transit and/or a competition.
The OWNER fully understands that Alleluia does not carry any insurance on any horse(s) not owned by it for training,
showing, boarding or for any other purposes, that the horse(s) are not covered under any public liability, accidental injury,
theft or equine mortality insurance and that all risks connected with training, showing, boarding or for any other reason
for which the horse(s) is/are in the possession/custody of Alleluia and on the premises of Mountain View
Stables, are to be borne by the OWNER.
Any and all damage to the buildings, fences,
equipment and property or other horse(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the OWNER. The OWNER shall be billed for the
cost and labor of repairs/replacement or be required to repair/replace damage to Mountain View Stables approval in a timely
manner. OWNER shall also be responsible for any veterinarian care needed due to damage occurred.
The Owner is strongly encouraged to obtain mortality insurance on above mentioned horse(s), for the period the horse(s)
are under the custody of Alleluia.
5. HOLD HARMLESS/INHERENT
RISKS:
OWNER agrees to hold Alleluia harmless from any claim
resulting from damage or injury caused by or to said horse(s) to any person or property or persons and agrees to pay any legal
fees, and/or expenses incurred by Alleluia in defense of such claims. People can get injured while being around horses.
6.
EMERGENCY CARE:
Alleluia agrees to attempt to contact OWNER should Alleluia feel that medical
treatment is needed for said horse(s), but if Alleluia is unable to contact OWNER within one half hour, Alleluia
is then authorized to secure emergency veterinary and farrier care required for the health and well being of said horse(s).
All costs of such care secured shall be paid by OWNER within Fifteen days from the date
OWNER receives notice thereof, or Alleluia is authorized, as OWNER'S agent, to arrange direct billing to the OWNER.
7. OWNERSHIP/HEALTH OF HORSE:
OWNER warrants that he/she owns said horse(s) and that there are no liens or other
encumbrances, express or by law, outstanding against said horse(s).
OWNER will provide, before delivery of said horse(s) to Alleluia, proof satisfactory to Alleluia of a negative Coggins
test(if from out of state,other than WA) and current vaccinations for Equine Influenza, PHF , Tetanus, Strangles, West Nile, Rhinopneunionitis and Sleeping Sickness. If a Horse
is taken off the property and is exposed to any diseases or viruses, the management must be notified immediately before the
horse(s)may be returned to the property.
8. NOTIFICATION
/ RELEASE:
Should OWNER desire that Alleluia release said horse(s) to any third
party, OWNER must provide to Alleluia his or her written consent to such release before Alleluia will give possession of said
horse(s) to the third party.
9. DEFAULT/ATTORNEY'S
FEES:
Either party may terminate this agreement for failure of other party
to meet any material term of this agreement. In the case of any default by one party, the other party shall have the right
to recover attorney's fees and court costs as a result of said default.
10.
ASSIGNMENT:
This agreement cannot be assigned by the OWNER
without express written consent of Alleluia.
11. TERMINATION:
OWNER agrees that thirty days notice shall be given to Alleluia prior to the termination
of this agreement or pay one months regular fee prior to leaving. There will be no refunds of any kind.
12. RIGHT OF LIEN:
The OWNER is put on notice that Alleluia has a right of lien, as set forth in the law of the State
of Oregon, for the amount due for the training or boarding, whichever applicable, and keep of such horse(s), and shall have
the right to retain the said horse(s) until the amount of such indebtedness is discharged or otherwise proceed to sell horse
in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes.
13. VENUE:
The parties hereto agree that the proper venue for all disputes which
may arise under this agreement is in Marion
County.

interpretation of the laws of the
State of Oregon.
